Dr. Downs is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist and has provided Ear, Nose and Throat care in Flagstaff and the surrounding area since 1995. Dan received a Bachelor’s degree from St. Olaf College and attended University of Minnesota where he earned his medical degree. This was followed by a fellowship at University of Washington and residency at University of Minnesota. He is skilled in all aspects of ENT which include clinical and surgical options for patients of all ages.
Dan believes in a practical and comprehensive approach to medical care. Special interests include nasal l sinus disease, pediatric care and head/neck concerns including thyroid disorders.
Originally from Minnesota, he enjoys the milder seasons of Northern Arizona and all that it offers in outdoor activities. Dan likes to golf, run with his dog, and spend time with his family which includes 3 kids.
